Refund Policy

1. Refunds

At AstroBeans, we strive to provide high-precision Vedic API services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our API responses or technical integration, you may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial payment.

How to Request: Email us at contact@astrobeans.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Requirements: Please include your Order Number, API Key, and a detailed explanation of the technical issue or dissatisfaction.

Conditions: Refunds are only applicable to payments made within the last 24 hours. We do not offer refunds for "Pay-as-you-go" credits once they have been partially consumed.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time. Process: Email us at contact@astrobeans.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request". Access: Upon cancellation, your API access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Note: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing month. You will not be charged for the subsequent cycle.

3. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

We offer the flexibility to scale your API limits as your business grows.

Process: Contact our support team with the subject line "Plan Change Request".

Adjustments: Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle. For mid-cycle upgrades requiring immediate higher rate limits (RPM/TPM), charges will be applied on a pro-rata basis.

4. Security & Data Integrity

We are committed to the uptime and security of our API infrastructure. To prevent unauthorized access or data leaks, we have implemented: Standard industry encryption for all API calls. Secure physical and electronic managerial procedures to safeguard your account and billing information.

5. Non-payment & Deactivation

To ensure uninterrupted service for your end-users, please keep your billing information updated.

Reminders: We will send automated notifications before your subscription expires or if a payment fails.

Suspension: Failure to renew will result in the temporary suspension of your API Key. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the subscription is active to avoid service downtime on their own platforms.

6. Technical Support & Contact

If you encounter any bugs, calculation discrepancies (in Kundli or Panchang), or integration hurdles, please reach out immediately. We are dedicated to the success of your astrology business.
